At Church Hill we use only the freshest local produce and organically grown herbs from our garden, top quality seafood, premium New Zealand meat - and we are one of the few restaurants in New Zealand to serve Muttonbird, or Titi, a traditional Maori food, or kai.

Muttonbird (Titi), (seasonal) traditional Maori 'Kai' (food) gathered from the titi islands out in front of the restaurant, non-salted, served as chef's special, slow cooked, served with fresh salad from the garden and roasted seasonal vegetables
